Flexible spill trays for IBCs and drums
A leaking IBC, a toppled drum or a machine losing oil: without containment, the liquid ends up directly on the floor, in the soil or in the sewer. A flexible spill tray (spill containment berm) catches leaks before they cause damage.
Flexible spill trays are light, quick to set up and easy to move. That makes them suitable for temporary storage, changing workplaces and situations where a steel spill tray does not fit or is too heavy.

What is the difference between a flexible and a steel spill tray?
A flexible spill tray is made of technical textile with raised edges. It is light, foldable and quick to move. A steel spill tray is heavier and intended for a fixed location. Which one fits best depends on the liquid, the location and how long the storage is needed.
How large does my spill tray need to be?
The required containment capacity depends on the number and volume of the containers and on the rules that apply to your situation, for example the Dutch PGS 15 guideline. Check the requirements in the official publication or with your competent authority. We are happy to do the calculations with you.
Is a flexible spill tray suitable for my liquid?
That depends on the liquid and the material of the spill tray. Let us know the liquid (preferably with the safety data sheet). We check the suitability for your liquid.
Can I have a spill tray custom-made?
Yes. In addition to standard sizes, custom spill trays are possible, for example for a specific space, a vehicle or a machine. Request a custom solution with the dimensions and a photo of the location.
